Double room for rent!!

Double room for rent in family home, there is myself and I'm 20, my partner who is 22 and my mum who is 53. We have 2 dogs, 1 is 11 years old and a 6 month old puppy. The room we have to offer is a double bedroom, which can come furnished or unfurnished. There's a shared living room and large garden too. Bathroom has bath and shower and kitchen has all facilities including washing machine and dishwasher.
