The room comes furnished as you can see in the photos - the bed and mattress an be changed if required. If you wish to bring your own desk/mattress/bed etc., this can be agreed in advance.

Good kitchen with excellent cooking appliances & utensils, dishwasher & waste disposal unit. Bathroom comes with a good overhead shower. Washing machine and tumble dryer available for use.

Unlimited and solid WiFi. Great bus links, and relatively close to Pevensey & Westham train station.

Anyone living here must like cats.

Looking for an honest, reliable and trustworthy person to rent my room with a solid income. Must recycle & be clean and tidy. Guests are always welcome, just let me know.

I would describe myself as a firm but fair landlord. Honesty and integrity are first and foremost.

Must have not been declared bankrupt, have CCJ's/Criminal Record or had insurance declined/refused/special restrictions imposed. I would ideally ask for references with whom I can speak to over the phone

£525 per calendar month which includes all bills, rental of the room and shared living space with myself. Council tax band A.

We will meet and do a viewing before any arangements are agreed and signed.

I will consider short-term & partial week arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

Ideally I would like to have a tenant who works in the area but is not around at weekends, and there would be a reduction in rent for this arrangement.
