Large Clean Single Room in Lovely Bungalow

The room is in the home of my 86 year old Mum. The room is lovely and the rent exceptionally reasonable however we do need some help. Mum is completely lucid but physically week and has daily help throughout the day from 8. 00am till 7. 30pm.
We need her house mate to be happy to have a two way alarm fitted incase Mum has a fall in the night or gets into any difficulty just so as to be able to contact the emergency services or her children to help out . We just need a nice caring woman to be available close by for a 'just in case' (we are not looking for a carer) she may needs it as well as having some pleasant company to share her home with. If you can commit to be our 'just in case person' please get back to us . Mum is a lot of fun and just sadly at 86 her body isn't as agile as her mind.
