South facing double room

This is a cottage style semi-detached house in a private close with parking. In the village is an excellent pub and local shop. There is a private woodland which is excellent for walks. We are 15 minutes away from Lewes with trains to London 65 minutes. I have a delightful double bedroom with fitted double wardrobe double bed and dressing table with share of the kitchen, dining room and bathroom with an excellent drench shower. There is a lovely garden to enjoy in the summer. I would also consider Monday to Friday let at £450 pcm including bills.
