A peaceful fully furnished double bedroom in a cosy country cottage, ideally situated a few minutes walk from the Laughton village Postoffice/store and the Eastbourne/Lewes/Brighton number 28 bus stop, awaits a non-drinking & non-smoking fully employed male.

Your room is on the ground floor and looks onto the rear garden. A lovely brand new carpet with underlay has just been fitted, and the bed with a decent firm Ikea mattress is also brand new. (The wardrobe is missing from the pics, but will arrive shortly).

There is space in the shed for one bicycle alongside mine, and if you require to store a few bits and pieces, some space in the loft can be made available for you.

The kitchen has a Miele washing machine, 2 under-counter fridges (which means one each!), and a brand new induction hob & fan oven.

The bathroom, whilst slightly dated, is clean, and has a heated towel rail, new flooring, and a new power shower.

You are also more than welcome to share the snug living room with me. It has a solid oak floor, a dining table, a log burner, and fireside armchairs.

Wi-fi broadband & bills are included.

Employers & previous landlord references will be required.
