A bright spacious room in a charming house overlooking a green space. The room is furnished and is nice condition. It has a double bed, and benefits from having its own shower. Bath/shower sink and toilet are provided through a shared bathroom, and second toilet downstairs. You would have access to all kitchen amenities.

We are a 5 minute walk from the bus stop to Universities/Brighton, and a 15 minute walk to the centre of Lewes and train station. There is free on-road parking available nearby.

We are a professional couple working in education with grown up children who visit occasionally. We are looking to let the room to a considerate mature person , ideal for a Post-grad student, but it might also suit someone working locally who just needed to stay on week days (at a negotiated rent).

We have a small friendly dog and a large garden.
