Comfortable flat in Central Lewes

Looking for a new flatmate to take my room. It is a comfortable double room and can come with a bed if required. There is large living room and kitchen. With the living room leading into a small balcony.

There is a small convenience store within 1 min of the flat and the train is 8 minuted walk and the bus stop is 5 minutes walk.

It is a lovely quiet area which is close to town but far enough to not be a busy area.

Looking for someone who would be working during the week ideally and someone who wants a home that’s kept clean and comfortable. As well as enjoying good food too!
