all three letting rooms are onthe ground floor and I live above with my own entrance so you have privacy.

The other two roomson the same floor are let to a single man and a single lady with whome you would share the kitchen. They seldom seem to cook and you have your own cupboards for storge.
Parking is available for small to medium size vehicles and electric charging can be arranged.
