Lovely double room in friendly house

Thanks for looking at our ad! My name is Steve. Tommy and I are looking for a new housemate. Tommy is a golf instructor and I’m a teacher. We are friendly, fun, relaxed, trustworthy and considerate. We’re looking for someone similar. We enjoy all the usual stuff.

The room is a good sized light and airy double with a built in wardrobe and you’ll have use of the rest of the house. All bills are included in the price. All the usual facilities are available - washing machine/dryer/dishwasher/garden/TV with Netflix etc. and there is a loft to stash your spare bits and bobs.

Lewes is beautiful and our street is quiet. Parking is easy. The town centre, the park and the downs are all just a few minutes walk away.
