Very Large Ensuite Room: Student or Professional

I am looking to rent out a large ensuite double bedroom in a large four bedroom house with lots of space. Shared kitchen but otherwise separate living spaces. It is also possible to rent out two smaller rooms, one ensuite.

I am a 50 year old professional working in Brighton. I work at home one or two days a week, and travel abroad for about two months of the year. Looking for a professional or mature student who would appreciate space, a quiet room, their own work space. The toom can come furnished or unfurnished. Move in any time after the 15th of January.

House is close to centre of historic town of Lewes. Easy access to London and Brighton via train.
