The property is a pet free 3 story house that comprises of a large spacious kitchen, the bathroom is located on same level as bedroom.

You have use of the usual facilities - microwave, washing machine/dishwasher/gas cooker/fridge freezer. Cupboard and fridge and freezer space in the kitchen.

There is on street parking and the house is ideally located and well served with local buses into Lewes town and buses to Brighton, Uckfield, Ringmer, Tunbridge Wells and Heathfield.

It’s a 10/15 min walk to Aldi or Tesco and into town centre plus bus and train station.

It’s a five minute walk up on the beautiful South Downs with great hiking and views.
