Adult family of 2 (mother & son) looking to offer an attic room to a female lodger. Non smoker including no vaping.
Our ideal housemate would be someone who is comfortable with shared living space in an adult family
environment. We are a community minded, creative family and have a variety of interests between us including meditation, Kirtan, conscious dance, gaming, skate boarding, reading and healthy eating.
Whilst being mindful of those working from home, you would have use of garden and downstairs living spaces, bath and shower, two toilets. Room
furnished with double bed, wardrobe, and desk space. All bills included except landline. On street parking. Perfect location for those who like to be close to the countryside with easy access to transport links to London and Brighton. 15-20 minute walk to station and town
centre.
