1 Double and 1 Single room Lewes

The double room has a lovely view to the South Downs and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, built in cupboard, bedside table, bureau and large rug. (Slightly different to photo in ad) Current lodger has resided here for a year and a half and is leaving to return to his country of origin. This room will be available from approx 25th of November, date to be confirmed.

The single room has a great view of the garden. Currently furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, (which is in the landing to give you more room, but can be placed in the room.) bedside table and shelving. This room will be available mid November. Current lodger has been here for a year and is leaving to set up home with her partner.

We are now two professional females, one being a Permaculturist/ keyworker and landlady, the other a language teacher.
There is a large kitchen / diner with the usual amenities, downstairs shower room and wc. Upstairs bathroom with shower over bath. Lovely views from bedroom and kitchen. Large organic garden tended with permaculture principles. You can access the South Downs, and lots of lovely walks from the back of the garden. Free parking outside house.
It's approximately 10 mins walk to 28 and 29 bus stop to Brighton or Tunbridge wells, and approx 25 mins to central Lewes and train station.

We would like nice friendly considerate people to join our household. Must be able to clean up after yourself. It's a friendly relaxed household, smokers welcome but you have to smoke outside. We are sociable but fairly quiet, so not suitable for a party animal. Age range can be flexible if you have a mature and responsible attitude.
