Double Room to rent in nice house in Lewes

We are looking for a fourth housemate to join our homely and friendly house on a lovely street in Lewes. We have a garden, driveway, kitchen diner, and a living room. Your room is a double (unfurnished) with a shared bathroom.
We are three relaxed ladies who work in theatre and film. We are sociable (but not a party house) and like to have meals, film nights, and a glass of wine together. Trips to the pub and BBQs in the sunshine are always enjoyed.
Jenni is learning to paddleboard, enjoys an espresso martini, and sprucing up the garden.
Bobbie loves a craft project, cooking/baking, and cycle rides.
Jess enjoys Charleston dancing, movies and makes the best cheese scones.
