A cosy double room that has been recently refurbished. The room includes use of:
4 foot double bed (standard double sheets are fine) with memory foam mattress.
Wardrobe with hangers and optional hanging storage unit.

PLEASE NOTE: while this advert is still displayed I have not found someone yet. If you are interested please briefly describe yourself and how long you were thinking of staying. This is a pretty much meat free household so expect to be prioritised if you are vegetarian, vegan or pescatarian.

About the house/people
The house is a 3-storey sunny semidetached double glazed 1960s build. As a household we like to be sustainable and environmentally friendly so we recycle as much as possible and are normally vegetarian. We like to watch series or films together now and then and enjoy chatting about all things geeky.
Most pets welcome, no dogs and no smelly caged pets please.

shared kitchen with gas hob, electric oven/grill, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.
shared large living room with TV and plenty of films/series to watch.
Use of garage to store a bicycle if needed.
2 toilets, 1 main bathroom with shower and bath.
rear walled flower garden with rotary washing line and seating.
South facing balcony with deck chairs, great for relaxing outside in good weather.
Some extra space for storage in attic.
Potential use of driveway for loading/unloading.

Location
close to high street
Very short walk to the station on a little used road.
Pleasant moderate mostly flat walk to the supermarkets Aldi, Tesco and Waitrose, bicycle recommended.
Short walk to leisure centre
Convenience store just around the corner.
