2 double bedrooms with beautiful views to let, one on the ground floor with French windows onto front garden (available 1st Sept for 675) and the other a large attic room (available end of Sept for 650).

You would be living with a landlady and 3 other tenants. There is also a resident cat.

At the back of the house, there is a huge garden which leads to South Down through a gate at the back. Lewes town centre is fifteen minute walk and a bus stop is two minutes away if travelling into Brighton.

Would suit someone aged 20 to 30ish, quiet and considerate, clean and tidy!
