Lovely double room in new house with parking

I’m based in Ringmer just outside of Lewes, which means it’s very picturesque with lots of countryside. I am a stone’s throw from all the shops, cafes, local pub, pharmacy etc. There’s parking and also a regular bus which goes to Lewes (15min), Sussex Uni (25mins) and Central Brighton (45mins). The Glyndebourne bus also passes Ringmer.

Rent is £600 and includes absolutely everything (bills, internet, council tax etc. And a regular cleaner! :)

I’m a 37 professional female and have a hybrid working pattern - a few days in the office and few days a week at home. I am a clean and tidy person and appreciate the same in a housemate. There is one other professional female renting a separate room.
