Nice and near to town - just 8 mins walk, 12 mins walk to Lewes train station, 8 mins walk to bus stop for buses to Brighton.

The rooms are on the top floor of the house and excellent for those valuing their privacy.

1. Large, light, fully furnished double bedroom with views of town and countryside.

2. Fully furnished and equipped bright kitchenette/living-space with sofa, dining table and chairs, on same floor. Views of Lewes castle. Furnished with sink, microwave/grill/oven combi, induction hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, pots & pans, crockery etc.

3. Very spacious bathroom on same floor with great views, with two washbasins, bath, separate shower, toilet.

Shared use of washing machine in laundry-room in basement.

Space in shed for one bicycle. Plenty of free evening street parking 5pm-9am and weekends, cheapish metered/scratchcard parking outside these times, or some free parking five minutes walk away.
