3. Very spacious bathroom on same floor with great views, with two washbasins, bath, separate shower, toilet.
Shared use of washing machine in laundry-room in basement.
Space in shed for one bicycle. Plenty of free evening street parking 5pm-9am and weekends, cheapish metered/scratchcard parking outside these times, or some free parking five minutes walk away.
