Beautiful walks nearby and bus stop about 5 minutes away to go to Brighton and Tunbridge Wells.
We are moving out and have a 2 month overlap of rent to cover. There will soon be two rooms available and myself and son will not be sleeping in the house but coming in and out to move stuff and clean.
I am looking for someone who will treat the home with love.
Couples are welcome for an extra £10 a week to cover bills which may be negotiable.
