Light and Airy Double Room in Share House

This is a well designed, clean and comfortable house with all amenities except a dishwasher. However it is not suitable for a car owner as we live down a lane which allows only for pedestrians and cyclists.
From the top floor we have views over the rooftops and downs with fresh air blowing in from the sea. This house is very peaceful as it is far from the road and traffic, it is gated and secure.
As for someone who might share our interests-: we own a recording studio so anyone in that line of work or in theatre or film would probably be comfortable with us and would feel at home.
We rent this house from Ashton Birkinshaw Estate Agent and anyone wishing to live here would have to pass through their identity/credit checks etc as we did, it makes for safety and security all the way round.
We share the rent and the bills exactly and equally on a monthly standing order.
We are really central in Lewes so very close by the railway station and frequent buses to all destinations.
