Double Room with Own Bathroom in Central Lewes

A double room with its own bathroom in a two bedroom flat in central Lewes will be available from January 2025. The flat features a washing machine, drying machine, and a living room / kitchen with modern kitchen equipment.

I am currently living in the other bedroom (which also has its own bathroom). I'm a theoretical physics postdoc at the University of Sussex and am interested in art, literature, and music in my spare time. My flatmate is moving out when the contract ends in early January and I am looking for someone new to renew it with, preferably for another full year.
