Beautiful garden studio located in the bottom of our large and lovely garden in the Nevill area of Lewes.
Available for short term summer let/s only.
Starting on 14th July - up until 1st November
(I'm happy to let for 1 month or 3.5 months)
The room contains a very comfortable double bed, clothes rail, large blanket box, tea and snack making facilities with kettle.
The room can be accessed through the house, or down the side gate (without coming through the house)
The room is very quiet and would suit someone looking for a peaceful time in a very lovely corner of the world.
There is a downstairs bathroom with a walk in shower for you to use.
Use our large and well equipped kitchen and washing machine.
We have an elderly and extremely friendly cat, so you must be a cat lover.
I am looking for a female tenant, who works and enjoys a busy and full life.
Our home is clean, tidy and well maintained. We're generally quiet at home. This room would suit someone with the same restful approach to being at home!
