Double Bedroom Cottage - Lewes, Western Road

Hey everyone! I’m offering a double room, middle floor in a cottage on Lewes high street. The cottage was completely renovated four years ago and the common areas, as well as the bedroom are fully furnished. There is a balcony and a garden for you to use.

It’s in a prime location, with a short walk to shops, cafes, pubs, as well as Lewes Castle. It’s also a short walk onto the downs with a beautiful view to take you away from the town.

In terms of transport, the house is 10 minutes walk away from Lewes train station, with trains that go directly to Brighton, Eastbourne, Hastings and London. There is also a bus stop 50 metres away from the house too.

You’ll be living in the cottage with Dan, my tenant, he’s 30 and incredibly friendly. I’ve lived with him for almost a year and can personally say it’s been a pleasure living with him. We’re looking for someone around a similar age, tidy and chill (but not picky). You will need to meet me and the tenant for a meet and greet.

Bills are NOT included.

Ps. I’m moving out, to move in with my girlfriend in Brighton, and renting this home out.
