Can provide TV and more furniture where required. The room has a double aspect with views over gardens to the castle and over the green Paddock.
Great location just off High Street on no through road so very quiet. 10 minutes walk to station.

Use of garden and kitchen with all usual facilities. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, own cupboard space, fridge and freezer.

Living with owner and one friendly dog and cat. Occasional visit from daughter.

Would suit a working professional or student, reasonably quiet and generally tidy. Will need to be responsible in clearing up after self in shared areas.

I like walking the dog and taking my art classes. I have set up a studio an art studio at home. I work part-time for the NHS. Healthy cooking and lifestyle is important to me.
