I am looking for two new housemates in a newly renovated flat in the heart of Lewes.
The flat has a wealth of period features and boasts a large balcony overlooking the river Ouse and the South downs. There is a light filled, shared kitchen and lounge along with two shower rooms. We are really close to the railway land nature reserve, and a prime spot for Lewes Bonfire.

Features of the flat:
We are within a 5 to 10 minute walk to the train station and bus stops.
There is currently one parking permit that comes with the flat, which is parking area D. Otherwise there are plenty of car parks in Lewes.
There is central heating throughout and large windows in every room.
The Council tax band for this property is C.

About me:
I am clean and tidy with a love of film and the arts. I regularly go dancing and I make a mean cheese scone.
I work as a costumier in Television and theatre four days a week.

I am looking for two laid back, fun and responsible people who want to share a good movie night and a drink at the pub.

In the shared space the flat is furnished however the bedrooms require your own beds and additional furniture.
