Mon-Fri Lewes large room

Spacious ground floor double room overlooking garden in peaceful creative household, sharing with one female and labradoodle (friendly and chilled). Room is furnished but there's flexibility if you have own furniture. High speed broadband, energy efficient house. The room would be particularly suitable for female working/studying away from home as I work from home as a music therapist. I am fairly health conscious and creative and enjoy all the Arts, painting and writing music in particular. NO COUPLES sorry. I have allergy to pets unless they are hypoallergenic.

The house is 20/25 mins walk from Lewes centre, set close to Downs and river (2 mins away across meadow). A bike could be accommodated. Bus to town daytime (not Sundays).

Occasionally I let my other spare room out for Air BnB, choosing guests with good reviews, mainly women and occasionally a couple. Guests usually eat out and in my experience have been lovely people. The security and peace of my house is very important to me. All rooms have individual locks. Happy to discuss this more if it's an issue and you are the right person for the house.

The room has been painted and now has one forest green wall and the rest white.
