Double room in clean, quiet 3 bed house

I'm looking to let the double room at my home in Malling, Lewes.

Looking for someone clean and tidy, who enjoys a relatively quiet space as I don't use a TV and prefer some chilled music/conversation if not pottering about quietly.

I'm sociable and like to spend my time at ecstatic dances, kirtan or with family and friends. I like to do the usual cooking, watch the occasional film and I'm quite active. I also play a little guitar but I have a separate living space to keep that private if needed.

The house is big enough to allow privacy in a shared space when needed and one the smaller rooms has a sofa and can be used as a separate living area too.

I work as a Physio and breath worker, it might suit a therapist as there is a clinic space at the house too.
