Bright and sunny loft with lovely castle view

The top floor of my home is a bright and airy private loft space comprising two rooms and a bathroom. The front room is the main bedroom and has a great view to the castle. There is a built in desk, cupboard and double bed. The smaller room at the back has a single bed in it and a desk. The bathroom has a loo, sink and bath.

My home is in a quiet, residential part of town. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station (for trains to Falmer, Brighton, London, Eastbourne) and 7 minutes to the bus stop for buses to the universities and Brighton. It is an easy cycle to both university campuses along the Lewes/ Falmer/ Brighton cycle paths. The town centre is a short walk away (cinema, restaurants, pubs etc) and you can walk up onto the Downs within 10 minutes from the front door.

I have lived here for over 20 years and I am looking for someone friendly and responsible working or studying/teaching full time (post graduate student) to share my home with.
The whole loft space is private, but the kitchen/living room and the garden are shared spaces..
There is shared use parking in the road.

Bills and council tax are included.
