One room in a small, cosy and sunny house in South Malling.

You'll be sharing with two quiet and friendly housemates, who like cats and love cooking. We hope to find a new housemate who reflects these lifestyles and values.

Each room has a single bed, large cupboard, table + chair, bedside table and large chest of drawers. The bathroom is shared with one more housemate. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It has a small garden with outdoor seating and fruit trees.

- 12 minute walk to Sussex Police Headquarters bus stand (Brighton and Hove - 28, 29 buses).
- 15 minutes walk to Aldi and Tesco
- 20 minutes walk to town centre
- 25 minutes walk to Lewes railway station (all of these are also accessible by the buses)
Sussex Ouse Valley trail and Pells Pools are very close to the house - beautiful in spring and summer, for walking and swimming.
