Lovely flat in Lewes £800/month incl all bills

This is a flat at the top of my house in central Lewes which has its own light and airy bedroom with a double bed and lots of storeage space; its own sitting room, which has furniture and a good cooking area; plus its own bathroom. £800 a month including all gas, electricity, water and council tax.

It's a lovely space and quiet too. The windows of both rooms look out over gardens and rooftops to the Downs. This is five minutes from the train station, ten minutes from Waitrose.

It's available from mid March (though I might be able to arrange something sooner if need be.) I would like somebody who is reasonably quiet. I'd be happy to find someone who would like to stay for a long time, but that's not essential

I'm a retired journalist, live alone in the rest of the house, though my two young grandsons visit often.

PS I'm about to get a dog and so I'm looking for somebody who wouldn't mind helping me with her if I'm ever away.
