Own floor in house

Very pleasant downstairs floor of house to rent. Bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen and sitting room. Sitting room opens out onto the patio garden. Entrance off inside entrance.

Furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, armchair, bookcase in the bedroom; a sofa bed and drawers in sitting room area.

Myself and my teenage daughter live on the top two floors of the house. We have a cat who uses the downstairs kitchen to go outside, and we all share the washing machine / dryer there; otherwise it is your separate space.

My eldest teenage daughter will be here occasionally for a few days in June/July next and sleeps on the sofa bed in your sitting room, whereupon your rent is reduced, pro rata, for those days.

We are quiet but friendly and professional.
