Beautiful double room in exceptionally nice chilled house, newly decorated, with stunning rural view. Warm comfortable, very clean and quiet.

All bills included. WI Fi router in room: full fibre internet. New AEG washing machine. Large kitchen and conservatory to share, lovely garden with places to sit/eat outdoors. Bathroom shared with one other, additional WC.

I am vegetarian and although I wouldn’t expect you to be the same, I would prefer not to have meat/fish cooked here. There are no pets here apart from garden wildlife. Free parking and lockable bike shed.

This is a deeply rural location so OWN TRANSPORT: car/bike would be necessary.

Short term lets/part week also possible.
Available anytime from July, and I hope to fill the vacancy by October.

I am a keen cyclist and gardener and an RCA graduate.
This quiet environment might suit an academic/ post-grad.

The neighbourhood is deeply rural, with the ancient St Peters Hamsey Old Church. Footpaths from the door to the South Downs Way. Many beautiful cycle routes on and off road, e. g. 15mins to Lewes, and the Pells Lido, Waitrose, Depot Cinema, Leisure Centre, and Bill’s.
