Lovely flat in Lewes £825/month incl all bills

This is a flat at the top of my house in central Lewes which has its own light and airy bedroom with a double bed and lots of storage space; its own sitting room with furniture and a good cooking area; plus its own bathroom. Shared used of utitlity room on the ground floor with washing machine and tumble dryer.

£825 a month including all gas, electricity, water and council tax. It's a lovely space and quiet too. The windows of both rooms look out over gardens and rooftops to the Downs. This is five minutes from the train station, ten minutes from Waitrose. It's available from early September.

I am looking for someone who can help me look after my very loveable Jack Russell - just to feed her and take her for a walk if I'm away for any reason. I would like somebody who is reasonably quiet. I'd be happy to find someone who would like to stay for a long time, but that's not essential. I'm a retired journalist, live alone in the rest of the house, though my two young grandsons visit.
