A cosy, fully furnished en-suite room is available in our friendly family home in the beautiful South Downs village of Plumpton Green. The house is just a 3-minute walk from Plumpton railway station and only a 5-minute drive from Plumpton College.

The room is furnished with a small double bed and has its own private shower room. Rent is £600 per month, including all bills and Wi-Fi.

The house has a shared kitchen, comfortable living room, large garden, off-road parking and secure bike storage.

A little about us…

I’m Liz, a Speech & Drama and Piano teacher, and I live here with my two teenage children, who divide their time between my home and their dad’s, together with our friendly cockapoo, Mila.

I’m looking for someone who will enjoy being part of a friendly, respectful family home. It would suit a professional or mature student who is kind, considerate and tidy, and who values a calm home where everyone respects each other’s privacy and space. This isn’t a party house—it’s a relaxed, welcoming home.

The room is available from 17 August for an initial 3–6 month stay, with flexibility for the right person.
