Two friendly chaps seeking third to share character property in old cooksbridge. The available room in a reasonable sized double overlooking the rear garden. Large lounge, wooden beams, open fire, sky & wi-fi. Large kitchen. Large gardens with private allotments. Local pub two minutes walk, local train station 5 mins walk, lewes 5 mins drive, brighton 15 mins drive. Lovely semi rural location.
Looking for someone who enjoys a nice home, nice food and relaxing. Only extra bill is contribution to heating oil, doesn't happen very often.
