Lovely light double in friendly Lewes house

Large part furnished double room to let to a female preferred.

£354 pcm not including bills.

I am looking for someone quiet, independent, friendly, tidy and respectful of personal space to share kitchen and bathroom only (no living room).

The kitchen has a cooker, a small table and a washing machine but no microwave or dishwasher.

If you tolerate or even like pets that would be an advantage as I have two shy rescue cats.

Cleaning the communal areas will be shared between us on a two week rota basis.

This is a nice modern house in a quiet area of Lewes, near to parks and the Downs and 10 minutes from the station/bus stop.
