Furnished double room in family house.

A furnished, ground floor, double room in a family house at the top end of Lewes. Shared main bathroom (upstairs) and kitchen/diner, plus ground floor loo, and utility room with dishwasher & washing machine. We've had lots of language students to stay before, but the room would be suitable for a professional person too. No home-workers, please. We're a busy family so ideally we're looking for someone who keeps similar hours - and a non-smoker.
We have a friendly lurcher too.
Close to bus-stop for Falmer & Brighton. South Downs Way almost on the doorstep.
