Available from mid January 2019, ground floor, en suite double room with plenty of built in storage space, wifi, use of large shared kitchen and utility room with washer/dryer in a detached family house (children at uni).

The house is on the south-west outskirts of Lewes, about 15-20 minutes walk from the station, buses to Brighton and the town centre, with a garden and off street parking. Near to open countryside. 2 friendly cats. Bike storage possible in garage.

The room is 13' x 9. 5' with a double bed, table, chairs, bookshelf (or you can bring some furniture) and good cupboard space, and looks onto the back garden/terrace, you are welcome to sit in the garden, there's a washing line amongst some old apple trees. Windows are triple glazed.
The bathroom has a bath, shower, loo, bidet, basin and heated towel rail, and is for lodgers use only.

We are looking for a professional person or post graduate student who would be relatively independent, tidy and considerate. We would be happy to discuss a different rate for weekdays only.
