Lovely large room close to Lewes station

Very large double room in lovely two-bed flat close to Lewes station for a sociable, responsible and considerate housemate. It's plenty of space for two people to share - and an exceptionally large room!

We're in a great location close to the station and town centre, with beautiful walks nearby, easy access to Brighton / London / the universities and the South Downs on your doorstep. I tend to socialise outside of the flat and treat this as a comfortable and peaceful space to come home to, so looking for someone with a similar approach.

I've lived here for 8 years and made it my home, so am looking for someone who’ll help look after the space and do their bit to keep it nice. It would be great to have a chat when we’re both in, and previous flatmates have become friends, but you'll have plenty of space to yourself too. Probably not suitable for working from home as I work here myself.

No smokers please and apologies but no pets (managing agents don’t allow them.) Fast Broadband / Wifi, council tax, free off-road parking all included. (There is also a shower above the bath - not shown in photos!)
