I am renting a double room to a student or someone who would like to rent short term.
I live in a 3 bed town house in Lewes it is 5 minutes from the High Street & 10 mins from Lewes train station, 10 minutes away from Brighton Town centre.
Idyllic and quiet location, country walks are great here

I am looking for a Student or professional person to rent the Double room on the ground floor.

I have a cat who is very affectionate, so has to be a cat lover too 😊
I work in London part of the week so I commute, I have Internet access, use of washing machine, patio garden
Bills will be included within rent
Of £500.00 pm
