Double room on ground floor of family house. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There are french windows opening onto the garden. You will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, downstairs loo and garden. There is a washing machine & dishwasher. Free on-street parking.
The house is at the top end of Lewes, a minute's walk from the Downs. 15-20 minutes walk into town and train station, 5 minutes from the Brighton bus stop.

We're a busy and friendly family so ideally we're looking for a lodger who will keep similar hours.

We also have a very gentle lurcher.
