This cosy space is ideal for someone in the area on a work contract, relocating, between homes, or just needing a base while arranging their next move.

Available for 3–12 months (flexible within that range), the annexe offers a peaceful, homely environment without the pressure of a long-term commitment.

The gorgeous annexe, attached to our home, is in a delightful setting in the village of Offham, on the outskirts of Lewes (1.7 miles). It is for your exclusive use. Offham has a pub and a farm shop. We are surrounded by farmland and stunning downland views yet are also within a 15 minute walk to Cooksbridge Station (hourly service to London, Haywards Heath and Lewes) or a 40 minute walk to Lewes through the woods and along the river. There are beautiful downland and river walks on the doorstep. We are set back from the road and have a private drive where you can park your car.

There is a large bedroom/sitting area, a bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine and a kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, mini oven and single induction hob. You have a private entrance and your own patio area. There is ample freezer space in the shed.

I am friendly and flexible, with a 24 year old daughter who lives in another annexe on the property and I have 2 dogs. Everything is provided for you but I am flexible if you need things I don't have or don't want things that are there.
