Bedroom Available in 3 Bed House

I am looking to rent out a big double room in my house for £550 per month (includes bills). The room is minimally furnished but furniture can be taken out if required. The house is in a very quiet cul de sac with on street parking and the bus stop is about 50 metres away from the house which goes in to Lewes and Brighton. I have a 5.5 year old pup (chihuahua) so my new house mate must be good with dogs. Although he is now out of the house between 6.30am and 6.30pm during the week. Thanks, Katy
