Double Room In Lewes

The house is in the Southover area of Lewes with the station within 10 minutes walk. It is a very pleasant and quiet part of the town. It is a terraced house so it is important not to make too much noise but the neighbours are all very nice.

The house has a fairly secluded garden at the front and back so it would suit someone for whom outside space is important.

There are two professional women currently sharing the house. There is no offstreet parking but parking on the street is not usually a problem.

The bathroom available with this room is shared with one other flat mate.

There is a shared kitchen-diner that includes a sitting area.

This is a strictly non smoking house.

Short lets and shorter weeks (4 or 5 days per week) would be considered.
