Furnished room on the top floor of a terraced house in the centre of Lewes, close to the train station. Room furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers and shelving unit. There is a shared bathroom on the ground floor, and the house is also home to a friendly dog.

I have taken lodgers for over 20 years, including international students from the nearby East Sussex College on a self-catering basis, and am now looking for a similarly situated student or young professional seeking accommodation for the short or medium-term.
