Furnished room on the top floor of a terraced house in the centre of Lewes, close to the train station. Room furnished with a single bed, desk and chair, sofa, chest of drawers and shelving unit. There is a shared bathroom on the ground floor, and the house is also home to a friendly dog and cat.

We have taken lodgers for over 17 years, including international students from the nearby Sussex Downs College on a self-catering basis, and are now looking for a similarly situated student or young professional seeking accommodation for the short or medium-term.
