Large DOUBLE ROOM (single bed optional) in CENTRAL Lewes, a small but charismatic town only a 15 minute train journey from BRIGHTON (or 25 minutes by bus). Sharing with 2 others in a terraced house. The room is quite spacious with a few FURNISHINGS already in place, including a bed and mattress, shelves, wardrobe, desk and a chair.

This house is a perfect size for 3 people to live comfortably. There is an adequately sized BACK GARDEN, containing a couple of chairs and a table, which is lovely to sit at and eat during the summer. Our kitchen is well equipped, with all sorts of utensils and pans that make cooking easier and less of a chore. Our bathroom has recently been restored with a very MODERN feel, and the toilet is in a separate room which is convenient. We also have a very sizeable dining room that has an extendable table and good SOUND SYSTEM, which makes it a good communal room. Finally, the living room contains a comfortable sofa and TV, for those days when you just want to sit down and relax!

Including bills the room is £500pcm (+1 month's deposit up front) and utilities include:
