Double room in modern house in Wallands, Lewes

We are looking for an easy going, quiet, professional lodger for single occupancy of a light, fully furnished loft room with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, in a modern refurbished Wallands house. There is an en-suite shower room with WC, and a good sized seating area.

This room has a lovely castle view. The house has 2 sitting rooms, and you are welcome to share the rest of the house with us (we are a male couple). There is free wifi and all bills are included. There is also the possibility of using the garage (parking to be discussed).

We are open to long / short / Mon-Fri (reduced rent) / Glyndebourne lets.

We are 5 minutes walk to pubs, shops and restaurants, 10 minutes walk to Lewes station and 15 minutes drive to Brighton & Hove. We are looking for a professional working person (ideally not from home), and references are required.
