The house is a good sized 3 bedroom house with two bathrooms, a kitchen/living room/diner and an additional living/spare room. There is parking for several cars and a garden.

The household
We come and go over the year and are there for 3-4 months over the year.

For now, we are just renting the one room out, although we will be looking for someone for the second room before too long.

We're looking for a professional long term tenant, but will consider short term lets as well.
