It's a single room
Bathroom outside door
And built in wardrobes
Sunny front aspect
..
Although it says no. shared longue ..if we are away or out please use it.. plus big conservatory..

It is nice and roomy here and
We enjoy wifi and Netflix
A shop is very near by and transport to Eastbourne.. Brighton and London.
Hailsham has aleisure centre
Cinema and great wetherspoons.
Always a winning pub.
There is cuckoo trail. for good countryside walks.
We are very young at heart people
Who are use to having lodgers
And enjoying a relaxed atmosphere
We are down to earth Londoners
Who get on with most people
We welcome all. cultures and ages.
We have gorgeous friendly dogs
And love animal's.
So. if you have good sense of humour
And want a cosy happy house
With plenty of space
Longue big kitchen diner and big conservatory this is the place for you.
We also. have garages if you need store a few bits and hubby has some bikes if you want to borrow them.
We love a curry or a roast etc
We have a good size garden You are welcome to. use too.
We are on a cul de sac so. nice and quiet
Plus we have parking outside in the road
