Single en-suite room available.

A single, furnished room with en-suite facilities and nice views of the countryside and sunrises. The room has a single comfortable bed with bed linen available. A large wardrobe and chest of drawers with plenty of drawer space and a comfortable leather chair. The ensuite has a bath with an overhead shower, a wash basin and toilet.
In the home, you are welcome to share the cozy lounge, the dining room, kitchen/ utility room and garden. There is a large TV in the lounge and in the colder months we have a log fire burning. The kitchen has an electric cooker with shared cupboard space and fridge / freezer space. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer. There is also a patio with garden furniture. The lawned garden is under construction at the moment.
There is also a car parking space in the front of the house which is off road for your use. There are bus stops a few yards from the house. Which either head towards Tunbridge Wells, Heathfield, Eastbourne or Crowborough. There are also two train stations both approximately 3 -4 miles away in Wadhurst and Crowborough which take about an hour to London. We have locked facilities available in our garage for a bicycle if needed.
A little about us. We are an easy going retired couple. Our previous occupations were in the medical field. We are usually always busy during the daytime and enjoy relaxing in the evenings. We have three small dogs which are of a Jack- Russell type. Two are brothers and are 15 years old and a younger one which is three. So you will need to like dogs.
Possible candidates will need to provide proof of earnings, references which will be followed up and one month’s deposit, with a month’s rent in advance, on commencement of taking the room.
